Abba, Father! Prayer<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n God the Father, you are our Father and the Heavenly Father of all humanity. With humility and deep gratitude, we prostrate ourselves before Your face, to entrust and fully consecrate to You ourselves, our life, our work, and our affection.<\/strong><\/p>\n We wish each day to know and love You more, and receive more blessings from Your kindness and benevolence, for us to share them with others.<\/strong><\/p>\n We pray that You grant us this great grace: to have more love for the most compassionate Heart of Jesus, Your beloved Son, in unity of the Holy Spirit, for us to forever praise Your infinite mercy.<\/strong><\/p>\n Mother Mary, the Heavenly Father’s Beloved Daughter and our Merciful Mother,<\/strong>\u00a0please pray for us. Amen.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n God\u2019s title of \u201cAbba\u201d is found referenced in the New Testament three times, in the passages of Mark 14:36, Romans 8:15-17, and Galatians 4:6. Only two persons mention these words in these passages: Jesus and the Apostle Paul.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>Sing alleluia to the Lord !<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>While all the names of God are important in many ways, the term \u201cAbba\u201d is one of the most significant names because it describes the intimacy between God and mankind. The word \u201cAbba\u201d is Aramaic and means \u201cfather.\u201d It was a common term that expressed affection and confidence and trust. Abba signifies the close, intimate relationship of a father and his child, like the trust that a child puts in his father.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>Mark 14:36<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>And he said, \u201cAbba, Father, all things are possible to you; remove this cup from me; yet not what I will, but what you will.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Romans 8:15-17<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the spirit of sonship. When we cry, \u201cAbba! Father!\u201d it is the Spirit himself bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0Galatians 4:6<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, \u201cAbba! Father!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n When Jesus taught His disciples to pray, He began with the words \u201cOur Father.\u201d There is much spiritual affection in those two words. The holy and righteous God, who created and sustains all things in the heavens and on the earth \u2013 the all-powerful, ever-present, and all-knowing: He not only allows us but encourages us to call Him \u201cAbba, Father.\u201d His love is abundant, so He loves us profusely and He wants us to reciprocate His love.<\/strong><\/p>\n It is truly a privilege for us. It is truly a grace that God would love us to the point that He desires to come to us physically rather than invisibly, but it is not the time for that to happen yet. Jesus sacrificed His Body on Calvary to save us. He came and left so that the Holy Spirit would dwell in us to pour a myriad of graces on us and prompt our cry of \u201cAbba, Father!\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Abba, Father! Please protect and enlighten our common father on earth, Pope Francis, so that he leads and revitalizes the Church according to Your will.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThe grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all\u201d (2 Cor 13:14).<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Most Christians do not have a clear and strong sense that they have a Father. When reading \u201cGod,\u201d many people think of a powerful, respectable and fearful One. They do not dare to call Him \u201cFather.\u201d Fewer Catholics think that the Almighty really has a very dear and real Father’s heart so that they should live with the Father in that loving relationship.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Most prayers at Mass are offered to God the Father. And although every day we pray to God with the Lord’s Prayer, we often do not have a genuine, loving and passionate relationship with our Father who is in heaven.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n In this age when many people’s hearts are so cold, God the Heavenly Father calls us to open our hearts to His unending love, and to know that He Himself will fulfill our deepest dreams and heal us from living in fear and doubt.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cSee what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God’s children now; it does not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is\u201d (1 John 3:1-2).<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n St. John’s<\/strong>\u00a0words make it clear: God, the Father, who loves mankind in a special way, has transformed us into His adopted children through Jesus Christ. He looks at us, not with stern eyes, but with the loving eyes of a Father. The Father has infinite fatherhood, transcending all human emotions.<\/strong><\/p>\n In the messages from God the Father revealed through messenger Lucia Phan, a Vietnamese-American, He expressed His desire that we know and love Him.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Unfortunately, very few of the God the Father’s children are aware of that immense love. Many people do not know God as their Father. Amen.<\/strong><\/p>\n Ang titulo ng Diyos na \u201cAbba\u201d ay natagpuan sa isinangguni sa Bagong Tipan ng tatlong beses, sa mga sipi ng Marcos 14:36, Roma 8:16-17, at Galacia 4:6. Dalawang tao lamang ang nagbabanggit sa mga salitang ito sa mga talatang ito: sina Jesus at si Apostol Pablo.<\/strong><\/p>\n Kantahin ang alleluia sa Panginoon<\/strong><\/p>\n Bagaman ang lahat ng mga pangalan ng Diyos ay mahalaga sa maraming paraan, ang salitang \u201c Abba\u201d ay isa sa mga pinakamahalagang pangalan sapagkat inilalarawan nito ang pagkamalapit sa Diyos at sangkatauhan. Ang salitang \u201cAbba\u201d ay aramaiko at nangangahulugan \u201c ama\u201d. Ito ay isang karaniwan salita nagpapahayag ng pagkamalapit, matalik na ugnayan ng ama sa anak, katulad ng pagtitiwala ng anak sa ama.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Marcos 14:36<\/strong><\/p>\n At sinabi niya, \u201c Abba, Ama, ang lahat ng mga bagay ay puwede sa iyo;\u00a0 alisin mo sa akin ang tasa na ito; gayon pa man hindi ang akin kagustuhan, kundi kung ano ang iyong kagustuhan mo\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Roma 8:15-17\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Sapagkat hindi mo tinanggap ang espiritu ng pagka-alipin upang mahulog sa takot, ngunit natanggap mo ang diwa ng pagiging anak. Kapag sumisigaw tayo, \u201c Abba! Ama!\u201d Ang Espiritu mismo ang magpapatotoo sa atin espiritu na tayo ay anak ng Diyos at kung mga anak, kung gayon mga tagapagmana, tagapagmana ng Diyos at mga kapwa tagapagmana kasama ni Kristo, kung sakali tayo ay magdusa sa kanya upang tayo rin ay maluwalhati kasama niya. Galacia 4:6<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n At dahil kayo ay mga anak, isinugo ng Diyos ang Espiritu ng kanyang anak sa aming mga puso, sumisigaw, \u201c Abba! Ama!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Noong tinuruan ni Jesus ang kanyang mga apostoles na manalangin, nagsimula siya sa salitang \u201c Ama Namin\u201d. Maraming espiritwal na pagmamahal sa dalawang salita iyon. Ang banal at matuwid na Diyos, na lumikha at nagpapanatili ng lahat ng mga bagay sa kalangitan at sa mundo- ang makapangyarihan, palaging kasalukuyan, at alam-lahat: Hindi lamang niya tayo pinapayagan ngunit hinihikayat tayong tawagin siya na \u201c Abba, Ama.\u201d Ang kanyang pag-ibig ay sagana, kaya mahal niya tayo at nais niyang gantihan ang kanyang pagmamahal.<\/strong><\/p>\n Ito ay tunay na isang pribilehiyo para sa atin. Tunay na ang biyaya na mamahalin tayo ng Diyos hanggang sa punto na nais niyang lumapit sa atin sa pisikal kaysa sa hindi nakikitang paraan, ngunit hindi pa ito oras para mangyari iyon. Sinakripisyo ni Jesus ang Katawan sa Kalbayo upang mailigtas tayo.\u00a0 Siya ay dumating at umalis upang ang Banal na Espiritu ay manirahan sa atin upang ibuhos ang napakaraming mga biyaya sa atin at maagap namin isigaw ng \u201c Abba! Ama!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Abba, Ama! Kapag nagbabasa ng\u201d Diyos,\u201dmaraming tao ang nag-iisip na isang malakas, kagalang-galang at nakakakot na tao. Hindi nila ipinangahas na tawagin siyang na \u201cAma\u201d. Mas kaunti ang Katoliko ang iniisip na Makapangyarihan tunay ay may lubos na mahal at tunay na puso ng Ama upang sila ay mabuhay kasama ang Ama sa maibiging ugnayan na iyon.<\/strong><\/p>\n Karamihan sa mga panalangin sa Misa ay iniaalay sa Diyos Ama. At kahit na araw-araw ay nagdarasal tayo sa Diyos ng Ama Namin, madalas tayong walang tunay, mapagmahal at madamdaming ugnayan sa atin ama na nasa langit.<\/strong><\/p>\n Sa panahong ito kung ang puso ng maraming tao ay sobrang lamig, tinawag tayo ng Diyos Ama sa langit upang buksan ang atin puso sa kanyang walang hanggang pag-big at malaman na siya mismo ang magpapatupad ng ating pinakamalalim na pangarap at pagalingin tayo\u00a0 sa pamumuhay na takot at pag-aalinlangan.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cTingnan kung ano ang pag-ibig na ibinigay sa atin ng Ama, na tayo ay\u00a0 tatawagin na mga anak ng Diyos;\u00a0 at ganoon din tayo. Ang dahilan kung bakit hindi tayo kilala ng mundo ay dahil hindi siya kilala. Mga minamahal, tayo ay mga anak ng Diyos ngayon; hindi pa ito lumalabas kung ano ang ating magiging kahihinatnan, ngunit alam natin na kapag sila ay lilitaw ay magiging katulad natin siya, sapagkat makikita natin siya na katulad niya\u201d( 1 Juan 3: 1-2).<\/strong><\/p>\n Ang mga salita ni San Juan ay ginawang malinaw: Ang Diyos, ang Ama, na nagmamahal sa sangkatauhan sa isang espesyal na paraan, binago tayo sa kanyang pag-ampon sa mga anak sa pamamagitan ni Jesukristo.\u00a0 Tinitingnan niya tayo, hindi dahil sa mga mata, kundi sa mapagmahal na mga mata ng isang Ama. Ang Ama ay walang hanggan na pagiging ama, na lumilipas sa lahat ng emosyon ng tao.<\/strong><\/p>\n Sa mga mensahe mula sa Diyos Ama na ipinahayag sa pamamagitan ng mensahero na si Lucia Phan, isang Vietnamese- ameikano, ipinahayag ang kanyang pagnanais na makilala at mahalin natin siya.<\/strong><\/p>\n Sa kasamaang palad, kakaunti sa mga anak ng Diyos Ama ang nakakaalam ng napakalaking pag-ibig na iyon. Maraming tao ang hindi nakakakilala sa Diyos bilang kanilang Ama. Toutefois, non pas ce que je veux, mais ce que tu veux. \u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Romains 8: 15-17<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u00abCar tous ceux qui sont conduits par l\u2019Esprit de Dieu sont fils de Dieu.\u00a0Et vous n\u2019avez point re\u00e7u un esprit de servitude, pour \u00eatre encore dans la crainte; mais vous avez re\u00e7u un Esprit d\u2019adoption, par lequel nous crions: Abba! P\u00e8re!\u00a0L\u2019Esprit lui-m\u00eame rend t\u00e9moignage \u00e0 notre esprit que nous sommes enfants de Dieu. Or, si nous sommes enfants, nous sommes aussi h\u00e9ritiers: h\u00e9ritiers de Dieu, et coh\u00e9ritiers de Christ, si toutefois nous souffrons avec lui, afin d\u2019\u00eatre glorifi\u00e9s avec lui\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Galates 4:6<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u00abEt parce que vous \u00eates fils, Dieu a envoy\u00e9 dans nos coeurs l\u2019Esprit de son Fils, lequel crie: Abba! P\u00e8re!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Lorsque J\u00e9sus a enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 ses disciples \u00e0 prier, Il a commenc\u00e9 par les mots \u00abNotre P\u00e8re\u00bb. Il y a beaucoup d\u2019affection spirituelle dans ces deux mots. Le Dieu Saint et Juste, qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9 et soutient toutes choses dans les cieux et sur la terre \u2013 le Tout-Puissant, Omnipr\u00e9sent et Omniscient: non seulement Il nous permet mais nous encourage \u00e0 l\u2019appeler \u00abAbba, P\u00e8re. \u00a0\u00bb Son amour est abondant, alors Il nous aime \u00e0 profusion et Il veut que nous lui rendions son amour.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n C\u2019est vraiment un privil\u00e8ge pour nous. C\u2019est vraiment une gr\u00e2ce que Dieu nous aime au point qu\u2019Il d\u00e9sire venir \u00e0 nous physiquement plut\u00f4t qu\u2019invisiblement, mais ce n\u2019est pas encore le moment pour que cela se produise. J\u00e9sus a sacrifi\u00e9 Son Corps au Calvaire pour nous sauver. Il est venu et est parti pour que le Saint-Esprit habite en nous pour d\u00e9verser sur nous une myriade de gr\u00e2ces et susciter notre cri \u00ab\u00a0Abba, P\u00e8re!\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Abba, P\u00e8re!
